Hey it’s that time of week again! The moment you have all no doubt been waiting for since last Sunday. The day when I give you a running, though completely random commentary of the week that was. Or rather all the things I felt inclined to take photos of.
Sunday Morning I thought ‘fashion be damned!’ and pulled out my fave denim vest. It may have been a last minute change after getting makeup all over my last top….
Ava refused to sleep in her bed Sunday Arvo, but decided the floor was much more comfortable.
Of course this meant she slept later, so Sunday Night I didn’t get to sleep much. Monday then called for an Iced Coffee, which I was forced to share. (For the healthy conscious, it’s ok; only 0.5% Coffee. I’m fairly certain the rest of it is sugar.)
To continue with the sleepless theme, dear Bailey, on account of being so overtired every small drama turned into a meltdown, still wouldn’t sleep, until I lay down with him and Grey’s Anatomy.
Four years old and still his favourite place to sleep is in my arms. Bless.
Tuesday for IBOT I revealed my inner geek, and then thought I’d show everyone just how I read posts. On my Mac, with spreadsheet on the pad, and the iPhone all ready to retweet links. It’s an apple fest!
Wednesday, I felt like crap, and was not getting on top of a cold that had been niggling, so I brought out all the big guns.
Then Ava and I spent the morning making button craft as inspired by Aspiring Mum.
Wednesday arvo I got my new glasses, which obviously increased my IQ, and made up for the removal of my wisdom.
Thursday was a Mail Bonanza! First this show bag for Mickey’s Rockin Live Show, (coming soon to a city near you- and yes, for once, that includes Darwin! Yay!)
And then a beautiful box of goodies for me from Jurlique. There will be more on that, later in the week.
My neighbour brought me some pumpkins, so soup seemed in order, as did a picasso attempt at a cream smiley face. (FYI for my MIL, I don’t eat soup, cause I think liquid food is weird, but Boatman said it was the best he has ever had! Winning!)
Ebay thought it would be good for me to buy Medal of Honor. The know me so well……..(Insert sarcasm here)
By friday my cold had turned into an Asthma Attack and I was feeling very sorry for myself
The horrible attack got so bad over night, I barely slept, so a visit to the doctor first thing Saturday Morning was in order. Imagine my delight to see who was one of the regulars.
Turned out it wasn’t just Asthma, but a chest infection to boot, so I spent the rest of the day on the couch and didn’t take any more photos.
Except for one very cute one of Bailey’s bum crack but Boatman suggested that would be rather inappropriate to share. *Sigh*
How was your week?
